Description: Bergamot Mint essential oil is also known as Mentha Citrata essential oil. The oil is extracted through Steam distillation of the leaves of the Mentha herb. Mentha Citrata essential oil is well known for the unique medicinal qualities that herb itself is very popular for.
It has high level of linalool and linalool acetate with citrus notes and is primarily used in the making of perfume oil. Mentha Citrata is a variety of Mentha Piperita and belongs to Lamiaceae (Mint) family. It has fresh, softly minty, and slightly citrusy, fragrance and has excellent antiseptic, antidepressant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal properties.
Relaxes mind: Bergamot mint essential oil helps in uplifting spirit and its motivating. It is relaxing and provides a calming effect on mind thereby helping in reducing feelings of stress, anxiety, fear and panic. it also has an incredibly uplifting effect on the emotions, helping to energise, inspire and encourage feelings of happiness.

Caution: Avoid during pregnancy and with sensitive skin. It can cause possible sensitization in some individuals, so use in very low concentration only. It is important to note that all Essential Oils are extremely concentrated in nature and if to be applied on the skin or body, should always be diluted upto a maximum dosage of 4% in a suitable carrier oil.
